When a player recalls his system incorrectly and misbids it is my view that the corrective measures to be taken should depend on the level of expertise and preparation expected for the level of tournament in which the error occurs.

Concerning the revoke law, I would think it right to note that the matter does not lie between Europe and the ACBL alone. The remaining Zones of the WBF are entitled to their input to this discussion also.

My personal opinion is in favour of leaving matters much as they are, giving each Zone/NBO the option to settle its own policy on this question.

Now that national and international bridge organizations are mature, we should be giving them as much freedom as possible to operate their own policies within the general framework of the laws.
