Nobody Rings a Bell 6

Andreas Flodqvist, four and a half months young, made his debut on the bridge stage last week by quickly emptying the bidding box and then place a red Double all over it.

By scoring two maximums, Italy have put a 20 VP gap between themselves and second-placed Sweden. Then, at a respectful distance come Turkey, Poland, Netherlands and Russia.

Sweden Lead Women

Sweden moved into the lead in the Women’s series, ahead of France, Netherlands and Austria. Then there is a gap to England, Israel (the hot team in this series in recent rounds) and Germany.

Germany Race Clear

Germany have moved 20 VP ahead of second-placed France in the Seniors, having defeated their nearest challengers 20-10 yesterday on vugraph. Close behind come England, Poland, Italy and Denmark, all hoping to secure at least a medal.
