the Open Series Russia still wear the leaders
yellow jerseys but they are now followed by Poland and
Italy. Greece have dropped back to fourth, and
France has moved into fifth place. The field is then
bunching up, headed by Norway, Belgium and
Denmark. Of the leading teams Bulgaria had a
disastrous day, losing all three matches against teams they
could have been expected to beat.
In the Ladies Series, the same nine teams continue
the struggle. There have been some minor changes in the order
which is England followed by Austria, France,
Spain, Israel, Czech Republic, Italy, Netherlands and
Germany.
In the Seniors Series, the holders France 2
are continuing their seemingly irresistible march to the
title. They are followed by Poland 1 and. France
1 who have changed places since
yesterday.
